As a small business we do our best to be reasonable and responsive to our customers needs. At the same time we are having to put in measures in place to stop people unscrupulously wasting our time.
From now on when booking in a job, if you decide to cancel ON THE DAY of your collection there will be a cancellation fee of £30. There is no charge if you contact us to cancel at least a day before your collection date.
The reason for this is because we have had people book in jobs then cancel on the morning of the job when we have already got staff out to do their work. We can’t then tell our guys that we can’t pay them because a person has cancelled, it’s disrespectful and unprofessional and I would never dream of treating someone like that.
We are more than happy for customers to cancel at least the DAY BEFORE without having to encounter any cancellation fee.
All we ask for -and promise our customers- is some understanding.
